Meet Thaddeus J. Garrett, a man of unbreakable faith, devoted husband, committed father, and unconditional family man. Also, just a simple man who follows his passions and loves the beach. He believes you have all you need inside to live your wildest dreams so why not? His hometown is Mobile Alabama, the absolute best place to grow up, the place where he became a 5-star athlete recruited by Division 1 SEC colleges in 1992, and importantly place where he began his leadership journey. but now he resides in Atlanta, GA. He is a Graduate of The University of Mobile where he studied business, His most accomplished degree was obtained from The University of Alabama where he majored in Interdisplinary Leadership conquering a desire that existed since 1992. He made a promise and he kept it! He has a vast amount of experience in exceeding business goals, personal goals, leadership goals, and community service goals. Some of his past professional experiences include many years with major broadcast communication powerhouses such as FOX, UPN, NBC, and CBS. He worked his way from the bottom to Executive role. He created in 2003 The AM Group the first full service digital ad agency along the gulf coast not to mention the first African American operated agency. Also, he is the founder of Steady Pace a community service organization developed to provide leadership resources to secondary aged children. Currently, He is successfully operating a franchise CBD American Shaman Conyers, GA. The largest cannabis retailer in America. He is living his life passionately, humbly, respectfully, and unapologetically. You can too.
In 1992, the same year coach Gene Stallings led the Alabama Crimson Tide to a national championship victory, a young football player named Thaddeus Garrett was finishing high school in Mobile with dreams of playing for the Tide. He was recruited, toured the facilities and met with Stallings, and everything seemed to be in order for him to play alongside champions for the next few years. Tragically, though, an off-the-field injury that summer crushed Thaddeus’ ankle and those football dreams along with it.
